The Utility Billing Division of the Finance Department is responsible for producing billing statements, answering customer inquires, and collecting payments for water, sanitary sewer, trash, stormwater, and other miscellaneous services provided by the City. The division is responsible for reading, installing, and servicing water meters.

Customer Service Representatives are available during regular business hours to accept payments, answer questions about your account, as well as process requests for turn-ons, disconnections, or transfers.

The Utility Billing Division also sells parking permits for the downtown 10-hour public parking lots, as well as bus passes.
