Administrative Division

Due to the ongoing winter storm, City facilities, including City Hall and all Parks, Recreation and Culture facilities, will be closed on Monday, January 6. This is due to the forecasted snow and ice accumulation resulting in dangerous travel conditions.

The Administrative Division, located in the Administration Building next to Station No. 5 at 19th and Iowa (1911 Stewart Ave), is headed by the Division Chief of Administration and supported by the Professional Standards Coordinator and administrative support personnel. The Administrative Division is responsible for:

  • Accreditation
  • Finance Services
  • Facilities Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Protective Equipment/Uniforms
  • Risk Management
  • Standard of Cover
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strategic Planning
