A water main leak in the 1200 block of North 3rd Street will require closing the right, northbound lane of N. 3rd Street for street repairs. The closure will occur on Thursday, September 13th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be traffic control devices in place to direct traffic around the lane closure. Motorists should expect delays in this area, especially during heavy traffic periods.
