Aquatic Body Conditioning provides a total body workout for participants

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Aquatics Division is offering an aquatic fitness class, providing multiple benefits.

Aquatic Body Conditioning combines shallow and deep-water exercises in a total body workout that increases flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. It is open to those 16 years-old and older. Aquatic Body Conditioning’s flexible conditions allows participants to choose a low-impact/no-impact option. It is being held 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 8-March 7, at the Indoor Aquatic Center, 4706 Overland Drive. Cost is $63. To register online, visit: http://lprd.org/activity?n=112410.
