MEETING AGENDA

  1.  Approve Study Session minutes for November 28, 2018 and Regular Meeting minutes for December 3, 2018
  1. General Public Comment
The public is allowed to speak to any items or issues that are not scheduled on the regular agenda.  Each person or organization will be limited to three (3) minutes.  As a general practice, the Commission will not discuss/debate these items, nor will the Commission make decisions on items presented at this time.  Individuals are asked to come to the microphone, sign in, and state their name and address.  Speakers should address all comments to the Commission.
  1. Elect Chair and Vice Chair
Action: Receive nominations and vote for chair and vice chair.
  1. 2019 Street Maintenance Program
Action: Receive staff presentation on 2019 Street Maintenance Program.
  1. 2018 Pedestrian/Bicycle Projects
Action: Review construction costs from bids received for 2018 Sidewalk Gaps and ADA Ramps & 2017 CDBG ADA Ramps and Haskell Crossing.  Recommend approval of $200,000 of 2019  Pedestrian/Bicycle Funds to complete construction of 2018 Sidewalk Gaps and ADA Ramps project.
  1. 2019 Transportation Commission Retreat
Action: Receive Retreat Agenda from subcommittee.
