Water bill to be estimated for some Lawrence residents due to extreme weather conditions

Due to the extreme weather conditions last week, some of the water meters in West Lawrence (West of Iowa) were not read. Water charges will be estimated for those meters that were not read. If the meter reading is estimated, an “E” will appear on your utility bill under the “EST” column.
