Pilates Silver brings focus on core muscle groups to Lifelong Recreation participants

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s lifelong recreation division to host spring Pilates Silver program.

Pilates Silver offers lifelong participants the chance to work on core muscles: hips, thighs and abdominals while focusing on the main Pilates principles of flowing motion, breathing, flexibility, precision, control and centering. Class is offered 8:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 19-May 16, at Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 West 27th St. Cost is $68.
