City of Lawrence Utility Billing moving to the first floor of City Hall

Starting Monday, March 25th, the Utility Billing window will be permanently moved from the second to the first floor of City Hall, 6 East 6th Street.

Utility Billing includes:

  • Water bills
  • Purchase Bus Pass
  • Purchase Parking Permit
  • Water service: connect, terminate or transfer
