Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Sports Pavilion Lawrence will be the site of KC Rising Stars’ The G.O.A.T. Tournament Friday-Sunday, July 12-14.
The G.O.A.T. Nationals is a first grade through 12th grade youth basketball tournament, showcasing more than 115 teams from across the region.
The tournament will utilize all eight courts in the sports pavilion and will prevent free play to the public Friday-Sunday, July 12-14. However, the other community recreation centers will have additional hours for free play. Their schedules are as follows:
Community Building, 115 W. 11th St.
Friday, July 12 – 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday, July 13 – 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, July 14 – Noon-6 p.m.
East Lawrence Recreation Center, 1245 E. 15th St.
Friday, July 12 – 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday, July 13 – 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, July 14 – 2-6 p.m.
Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 W. 27th St.
Friday, July 12 – 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 13 – 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, July 14 – 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
