Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department has teamed up with Crescent Moon Winery to assist people to find their own personal Zen.
Yoga at the Winery Workshop provide participants with an hour-long Vinyasa yoga session followed by an opportunity to sample wines and network with other participants. This workshop is open to all levels of yoga experience. Participants should bring a yoga mat.
Yoga at the Winery Workshop will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, August 16, at Crescent Moon Winery, 15930 246th St. Cost of the workshop is $25 per person.
