Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department has teamed up with Crescent Moon Winery to assist people in finding their own personal Zen.
Yoga at the Winery Workshop provide participants with an hour-long Vinyasa yoga session followed by an opportunity to sample wines with a guided tasting. This workshop is open to all levels of yoga experience. Participants should bring a yoga mat.
Yoga at the Winery Workshop will be held 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Feb.7, at Crescent Moon Winery, 15930 246th St. Cost of the workshop is $25 per person. Participants must be 21 years-old or older.
