Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is offering a fitness class to provide a workout using a combination of many exercises.
Body Sculpt Express combines yoga, Pilates and total body resistance training to help participants receive a great workout. In this class, participants will experience a sense of well-being while improving their balance, strength and flexibility. A variety of equipment will be used for this class including, kettlebells, free weights, TRX suspension trainers and more. This class request that participants bring a mat for floor work.
This class is available 6:30-7:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Nov. 9-Dec. 16, or 12:10-12:50 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 10-December 17. Cost is $34 through Monday, Oct. 26,for the class beginning Monday, Nov.9. and $44 beginning Tuesday, Oct. 27, through the start of the class, while the one beginning Thursday, Nov. 10 is $34 through Tuesday, Oct. 27, and $44 beginning Tuesday, Oct. 28, through the start of the class.
