Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is offering an opportunity to learn how to swing dance.
Swing Dancing invites participants 15 years-old and older to learn how to swing dance. The program will concentrate on the up-tempo, single-count east coast swing with basic patterns and a variety of footwork. Class will also include an introduction to the stylish, slow and bluesy west coast swing. Partner enrollment is required.
The class is being held 5:40-6:40 p.m. Sundays, July 25-Aug. 29, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence®, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $30 per person.

This program recommends face coverings to be worn at all times and follows COVID-19 safety guidelines.
