Get a quick, efficient workout with LPRD’s Circuit Training

Lawrence Parks and Recreation is offering a fitness class delivering a complete workout.

Circuit Training helps participants maximize their workout time by alternating timed intervals of strength and cardio segments with groups and rotating stations. This class is great for improving cardiovascular fitness as well as improving muscle tone and definition.

Circuit Training is held 6:15-6:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 13-Dec. 15, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence®, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $91 per person.
