The draft plan can be accessed at: www.lawrenceks.org/mpo/public_participation; a paper copy will be available at Lawrence City Hall Riverfront – Planning & Development Services Office, the Lawrence Public Library, Eudora Public Library, Baldwin City Public Library, and the Lecompton City Hall. This Plan will come before the MPO Policy Board for approval on March 17.
