Shape, Tone with Power Sculpt

March 22, 2022

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s fitness class Power Sculpt is open for spring enrollment.

For those 15 years-old and older, Power Sculpt is the ultimate strength-training program designed to shape and tone the entire body without building muscular size or bulk. This class will increase your metabolism, and burn more calories than a normal cardio only workout. The class is valuable for strengthening the heart and lungs and preventing Osteoporosis. It is open to any fitness level, as the instructor will modify low and high impact. Participants are asked to bring a fitness mat to class.

Power Sculpt will be held 10-10:50 a.m. Saturdays, March 26-May 21, at Holcom Park Recreation Center, 2700 West 27th St. Cost is $36 per person.
