Lawrence Parks and Recreation is hosting a fitness class designed to be a fun and effective total body workout.

Pop Pilates combines pilates-inspired moves with the rhythmic qualities of choreographed dance. The class incorporates proper breathing, alignment and balance that will help participants develop a solid core while also hitting a variety of muscle groups. All levels are welcome to this course as there are options and modifications to fit the needs of each individual. The class is open to those 15 years-old and older.

Pop Pilates is held 9:30-10:20 a.m. Saturdays, June 11-August 27, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence®, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $44 per person.
