Ballet Fit uses dance-inspired exercises for full-body fitness

Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is holding a fall session of its classical dance-inspired exercise class.

Ballet Fit is available for participants 16 years-old and older and does not require any previous dance experience. Enjoy a workout inspired by classical dance that tones and sculpts your entire body. Improve your flexibility, posture, strength and core stability in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

The class is offered 6:30-7:25 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 12-Dec. 14, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence®, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $88 per person.
