Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department’s Eagle Bend Golf Course, 1250 East 902 Road, will be closed Tuesday-Wednesday, Sept. 20-21, to aerate the greens. This process relieves compaction of the greens and allows for a smoother putting surface. The pro shop, driving range and practice areas will remain open to the public while the course is being aerated. The course will reopen Thursday, Sept. 22, with its standard hours of operation.
