Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a hairstyling class for dads at Z Hair Academy.
In Braids and Dads, dads will learn tips on painless hair brushing, detangling, products to use, tying ponytails, styling different types of braids and ending with a princess-style updo. This program is held in two sessions; the first class will use mannequins and in the second class, dads can bring their daughters to practice what they have learned.
Braids and Dads will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursdays, Oct. 20-27 at Z Hair Academy, 2429 Iowa St. Cost is $40.
