Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department invites participants to find a partner and get dancing with this progressive class.
Country Couples Variety Dancing offers a wide variety of country-style dances including the two-step, swing, waltz and polka dance. This course is designed for participants to learn the basic movements associated with many popular styles and to enhance their dancing skills.
Class is available for those 15 years-old and older and is held 5:40-6:40 p.m. Sundays, Nov. 6-Dec. 11, at Sports Pavilion Lawrence®, 100 Rock Chalk Lane. Cost is $40 per person. Partner enrollment is required.
