The City of Lawrence and Native Lands Restoration Collaborative will be working with Grassland Heritage Foundation to co-host prairie restoration workdays in the east side of Prairie Park (south of the Prairie Park Elementary School) this fall.
Community volunteers are invited to participate in this prairie restoration work on the following dates and times, weather permitting:
- August 26, 2023: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- September 7, 2023: 5 – 7 p.m.
- October 3, 2023: 5 – 7 p.m.
