The City of Lawrence has partnered with Tyler Technologies to introduce a financial transparency portal that makes accessing public financial information more practical and efficient.
Residents and other interested users can use the new portal to view the City’s financial system data, which is updated weekly. The accessible information includes both budgeted and actual transactions for the current fiscal year. The portal is interactive and intuitive, and it allows users to quickly sort data by category, program, function, fund or vendor. Users will find data covering every level of finance, from fiscal year total to detailed vendor payments.
Access to timely, accurate records and financial transparency is a part of our commitment to strong fiscal stewardship, as it is necessary to reinforce public confidence and trust in our local government.
