Enterprise Permitting and Licensing is live!
As of February 5, Enterprise Permitting & Licensing is the system for all City permit and license applications, including business licensing, contractor licensing, rental licensing, building permits, special event permits, right-of-way permits and planning submittals.
Before you get started in the customer portal for the new system:

Register for an account within the customer portal. An account is required to apply for any permits, plans and licenses. The new customer portal is online at https://lawrenceks-energovweb.tylerhost.net/apps/selfservice#/home.
