Free child safety seat inspections are done by the Lawrence Police Department as part of the Safe Kids Douglas County led by Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Helpful Information
- Child Safety Seat Inspections are conducted at the Child Passenger Safety Inspection Station at Lawrence Police Facility.
- A “Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician” will inspect the seat for safe and correct installation.
- Allow 30 minutes per seat per vehicle.
- Please have your child’s safety seat installed upon arrival.
