If you are a current customer whose water service was disconnected and you want to restore your service, you may make payment through the following:
- On the second floor of City Hall, 6 E. 6th Street
- At https://ipn.paymentus.com/otp/stde/clks
- Calling (785) 832-7878 and pressing 6 on your telephone.
If you pay online or by telephone it is important that you notify us of the payment by calling (785) 832-7878 or emailing us at email@example.com. We do not accept payments at the door to restore water service.
If you call, please have your confirmation number available. If you email us, a service representative will call or email you during regular business hours to set up your restore. If you do not hear from a representative within 24 hours, please contact our office during regular business hours at (785) 832-7878.
If you call or email your information late in the afternoon, it is likely your service will not be restored until afternoon on the next business day.
A fee applies for online and telephone payments. It is not recommended you make a payment at one of the drop boxes or by mail if your water service has been disconnected, as it may take several days for the payment to be processed.
It is recommended that someone be present when water service is restored to avoid damage to your property that may occur if sinks, showers or other facilities have been left on.
