If you are a current customer whose water service was disconnected and you want to restore your service, you may make payment through the following:

We do not accept payments at the door to restore water service.

If you do not hear from a representative within 24 hours, please contact our office during regular business hours at (785) 832-7878.

If you submit a restore request late in the afternoon, it is likely your service will not be restored until afternoon on the next business day.

It is not recommended you make a payment at the drop box, by mail, or with a third party payment processor if your water service has been disconnected, as it may take several days for the payment to be processed.

It is recommended that someone be present when water service is restored to avoid damage to your property that may occur if sinks, showers or other facilities have been left on.
